Design Diffuso
Design Diffuso is the title of my thesis project. A multi-channel project, with the aim of disseminating, involving and intriguing people to discover the Lombardy Design Museums Circuit (MUDE).
PROJECT:
To ideate something visual in order to make known the Museums Circuit to people. The given target was very various, so I created a 3-channels project of which each part could be by itself, yet connected to the others.
CHANNEL 1: DESIGN KIT
To highlight the preciousness of MUDE.
A series of collectible kits (1 for each museum part of the circuit) containing:
A selection of stickers, which you can stick around the city.
A poster dedicated to that reality, which features a map on one side, and an icon created in collaboration with students from various universities after visiting it.
A page dedicated to the designer or the museum, printed on real-life reference material, collectible for an Art Book. In the pages the images are missing, in order to then proceed to channel 2.
The second part of the project is the creation of an App, that functions both as a game, through which you must go in the museums, find the objects which images are missing in the pages, scan them and earn points, and a vintage shop, through which people can sell/buy second-hand design objects, or buy the new kits for their collections.
